Prior to 2007, Marc Jacobs did not use social marketing to garner brand loyalty. While at Marc Jacobs, Daniel Plenge led his team to launch the brand’s e-commerce and social platforms from the ground up as well as compose and execute the brand’s email marketing strategy.
Growing an audience of 12M followers across 8 social channels, together we pioneered social media casting with the #CastMeMarc campaign, innovated retail concepts with the Daisy Tweet Shop, produced runway show live streams and maintained a 1.5% social engagement rate. Additionally, Plural continues to produce product shots and video content for social and site.
